Mental Health Therapist

The mental health therapist will facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on trauma-Informed care and systemic approaches. They will manage a personalized caseload of clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Candidates must have a clinical license such as lpc, lmft, or lcsw and demonstrate strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-Based practices. Experience in residential settings and the ability to perform physical demands of the role are preferred.
