High School Special Education Teacher

The teacher is responsible for delivering specific course content online, providing instruction, managing the learning process based on each student's individualized education program (Iep), and ensuring all special education and related services are provided as determined by the iep team. This includes developing compliant documentation, leading meetings, modifying lessons, and actively working with students and parents to advance learning.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree and an active state teaching license with a special education endorsement, along with the ability to clear a required background check. Candidates must also be able to work independently, maintain a professional home office, and demonstrate proficiency in various microsoft office applications and rapid technology adaptation.
