Core responsibilities
As a behavior technician, you will deliver 1
1 direct aba treatment to clients and work closely with supervising bcbas to ensure high-Quality service delivery. You will also support parent and caregiver training and collect data to monitor client progress.
Requirements summary
1-2 years of experience working with children is highly preferred, along with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
