1 direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training and accurately collecting data to monitor client progress.

Requirements summary

Candidates should possess certification as a registered behavior technician (Rbt) and ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children, along with at least one year of aba experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
