Child Watch Staff - Evening Shift

Child watch staff are primarily responsible for leading age-Appropriate activities for children aged 0-12 while ensuring their health, safety, and well-Being. Staff must also provide exemplary member service to families and model the ymca core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of high school attendance and be able to obtain required certifications in cpr, first aid, and child abuse training. Prior experience in childcare or a ymca setting is preferred, and a satisfactory background check is mandatory to work with children.
