Youth Counselor

The youth counselor 1 provides general care for at-Risk youth, managing the treatment environment and daily routines within a residential home setting. This role involves serving as a positive role model, teaching life skills, and supporting a collaborative staff team.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid driver's license. Required qualifications also include experience working with youth and the ability to function as an outgoing, collaborative team player.
