Core responsibilities
The board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) will assess, develop, implement, and document positive behavior treatment plans aimed at equipping patients to communicate needs and participate in age-Appropriate activities. This role involves functioning in a supervisory capacity, providing guidance, training rbts and bcabas, and creating/Revising behavior plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree from an accredited institution in a related field and hold an active, unrestricted certification as a board-Certified behavioral analyst (Bcba), along with an active kentucky state license as an applied behavior analyst. One year of experience as a bcba is preferred, alongside a passion for helping children and a collaborative spirit.
