Learning & Development Advisor

This role involves leading the evolution of the organization's learning technology ecosystem, including owning and continuously improving the lms and connected platforms through roadmap planning and optimization. Additionally, the advisor will design and deliver scalable learning solutions such as reimagining onboarding and building structured role-Based learning pathways.

Candidates should possess over 6 years of learning & development experience, including hands-On ownership of an lms or digital platform, coupled with strong learning experience design capabilities. Essential qualities include proficiency with modern authoring tools, thoughtful use of ai in content development, a consulting mindset, and strong execution skills for managing multiple initiatives.
