Child Care Teacher - Trinity Lutheran (30-39 hours)

The teacher or assistant teacher is responsible for planning and implementing daily activities in the child care programs under the direction of the child care director, ensuring compliance with licensing rules and ymca policies. Key duties include implementing age-Appropriate curriculum, mentoring staff, maintaining a safe environment, and communicating positively with parents and co-Workers.

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalency, and educational qualifications must comply with dcf wisconsin licensing rules. Two years of child care experience is preferred, and certain certifications and physical requirements must be met within 30 days of hire.
