Tutor (During School Hours)

The tutor will primarily support high school students with academic success strategies, focusing on individual and/Or group tutoring in math (Algebra and geometry) and writing to help them complete work. The role emphasizes helping students become more independent learners, persist in college, and achieve their goals by clarifying concepts and solving specific problems.

Candidates should possess an associate's degree or 48 college units, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with k-12 youth, and must hold a valid cpr & first aid certification. A valid california driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of pre-Employment screenings are also mandatory.
