Medical Assistant Training Specialist

This role is responsible for providing and coordinating education related to ambulatory services, functioning as a consultant for education, role development, and building collaborative partnerships. Responsibilities include communicating with staff and leadership to identify training needs and map out development plans for teams and individuals.

Minimum qualifications require graduation from an accredited medical assistant or lvn program, along with one year of recent experience in healthcare training, learning development, or education leadership. Candidates must possess basic life support certification and proficiency in ehr skills and basic microsoft office applications.
