Education Coordinator PDL

This role involves coordinating training activities for the phlebotomy training program, working with supervisors to schedule continuing education and competency assessments for non-Licensed personnel. The coordinator also provides orientation and in-Service education while ensuring the quality improvement and complete documentation of all training activities.

Candidates must possess california certification as a certified phlebotomy technician (Cpt) and demonstrate knowledge of various healthcare delivery settings, including hospital labs. Essential abilities include effective oral and written communication, the capacity to work independently, taking initiative, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
