Job description
- Works with the Program Director to coordinate training activities for the Phlebotomy Training Program.
- Works with Support Services Supervisors and Managers to schedule continuing education activities, training, and competency assessments for all non-licensed personnel (CPTs and Processors).
- Provides orientation and in-service education for all non-licensed laboratory personnel.
- Participates with Preceptor training and assessment.
- Assures the quality improvement of all training activities, including complete documentation.
