Ambulatory Nurse Specialty Care II

The ambulatory nurse specialty care iii conducts comprehensive health assessments and develops tailored care plans for patients with complex or chronic conditions. This role also serves as a clinical resource and mentor, enhancing the overall quality of care provided.

Candidates must have a minimum of an associate's degree and a current california rn license, along with at least 5 years of related work experience. Preferred qualifications include a bsn/Msn and certification in the specialty, if applicable.
