Job Title: Physical Education Teacher
Reports to: Principal

This incredible work is done through coaching and support from administration, implementing regular feedback, collaboration with colleagues, data analysis, and working to make sure that students who come in below grade level rise above the challenges they face.

- LEAD develops teachers by focusing on excellence in teaching. To do so, we coach teachers and center professional development through “Teach Like a Champion”
- LEAD will help develop your abilities as an educator through our differentiated professional development, coaching and support, and opportunities for growth and leadership

- LEAD provides support through our Dean of Instruction (academics), Dean of Culture (student support), and Data and Assessment Coordinator (data interpretation) to allow you to grow and develop while you are supporting our students in their education

- Current certification or ability to be certified for the 2017-18 school year in Tennessee (required) (K-6 cert. for 5/6th grade roles, 6-12 cert. for 6-12th grade roles)
