High School Life Skills/Exceptional Education Teacher (26-27)

The teacher will design and implement data-Driven lesson plans to support students with cognitive or developmental delays, focusing on functional curriculum and maximizing independence across all settings. Responsibilities also include developing ieps, collecting progress data, supporting vocational skills, and supervising education assistants.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and either a valid tennessee teaching license for special education or an out-Of-State license transferable within 90 days. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years of teaching experience, especially with diverse populations or in urban settings.
