Youth Development Professional II (Girls Group Home/Boca Raton)

The youth development professional ii provides direct care and supervision to children, adhering to daily schedules, implementing behavior management systems, and maintaining open communication with staff. This role also serves as the primary coordinator for medical/Dental care and medication management for assigned program participants.

Applicants must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and two years of experience working with children or adolescents. A valid florida driver's license is required, and experience in coordinating medical care and medication management is preferred.
