Outreach & Education Specialist

The outreach and education specialist is responsible for developing and delivering outreach programs focused on reproductive health awareness, healthy relationships, and self-Empowerment, while also conducting needs assessments and referring individuals to appropriate services.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or candidates can substitute with equivalent experience, such as four years of relevant work experience or an associate's degree plus two years in a community educator role. Key abilities include facilitating discussions on reproductive health topics, working inclusively with youth, and possessing strong organizational and communication skills.
