Team Member (Evenings & Weekends)

Primary responsibilities include ensuring swimmer safety through lifeguard supervision and teaching water safety and technique according to the proprietary curriculum. Team members also provide positive reinforcement to swimmers during instruction.

Candidates must possess the ability to work effectively with children, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills. A high energy level and a strong work ethic are also required for this role.
