Team Member (Evenings & Weekends)

Primary responsibilities include ensuring swimmer safety through lifeguard supervision and teaching water safety and technique according to the proprietary curriculum. Instructors must also provide positive reinforcement to all swimmers during lessons.

Candidates must possess the ability to work effectively with children, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills. A high energy level and a strong work ethic are also required for this role.
