Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients aged 2-6. Additionally, the role requires training registered behavior technicians (Rbts), behavior technicians, and parents on these plans, alongside providing ongoing supervision and mentoring.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, hold active bcba certification in good standing, and maintain current coba certification in ohio. A valid driver's license and proficiency in english are mandatory, along with clinical experience in applied behavior analysis, autism, and child development.
