Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent professional experience, combined with a minimum of two years in training, counseling, and/Or case management, including substantial career coaching experience. Required competencies include superior communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with standard office software.
