Career Coach - Compton, CA

The career coach manages a caseload of assigned workforce innovation and opportunity customers (Wioa) customers, providing expert coaching and support to help them reach their employment goals. Essential duties include providing career counseling, completing intake and eligibility determination, guiding jobseekers through individual employment plans (Iep), and conducting group presentations.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent professional experience, combined with a minimum of two years in training, counseling, and/Or case management, including substantial career coaching experience. Required competencies include superior communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with standard office software.
