Career Development Facilitator- Baltimore, MD

The career development facilitator manages an assigned caseload, providing career counseling and intensive case management services to support clients in reaching their employment goals, ensuring compliance with programs like tanf. This role involves completing intake assessments, developing individual responsibility plans (Irps), maintaining accurate documentation, and counseling customers on labor market opportunities and training.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent professional experience, combined with a minimum of two years in training, counseling, and/Or case management, including substantial career coaching experience. Essential competencies include superior communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and familiarity with tanf rules and regulations.
