Direct support professionals provide support and training to clients based on individual goals, ensuring their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs are met, which includes personal care tasks. Responsibilities also involve teaching self-Management skills and completing required documentation accurately and timely.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with good written and verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency. A valid class c driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass required background checks are mandatory.
