Employment Services DSP/ Job Coach - Spencer

As a job coach, you will instruct clients on job skills and help them develop social and job-Related skills. You will also communicate with employment specialists regarding client performance and assist in the development of client program plans.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with a valid class c driver's license. Candidates must be able to supervise and motivate persons with disabilities and must pass background checks.
