Children's Direct Support Professional (DSP)- Rock Valley

Direct support professionals provide support to clients based on individual goals, ensuring their physical, mental, emotional, and social needs are met through direct assistance and training. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, teaching self-Management skills, completing required documentation, and supporting daily activity schedules.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with good written and verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency. A valid class c driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of minimum liability insurance are mandatory, alongside passing all applicable background checks.
