LPN School Nurse - Sylvania Schools

As a healthcare provider, the lpn school nurse collaborates with an rn and provider to deliver direct nursing services to students, alongside educating students and staff and implementing health policies. Responsibilities include developing healthcare plans, performing medical treatments for chronic diseases, training staff on emergency responses, coordinating mandated screenings, and providing consultation services.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Lpn) and hold a valid lpn license to practice in ohio, along with being registered with the ohio department of education and passing required background checks. A minimum of two years of lpn experience and current bls certification are also mandatory.
