  • Summary: As a Certified Diabetes Educator, you will provide diabetes education to patients of all ages and their families. You will create care plans and implement education programs related to diabetes, diabetes in pregnancy and other nutritional disorders. You will work with educators to ensure seamless, holistic care for patients and participate in quality improvement initiatives. The educator participates in staff orientation and curriculum planning for diabetes and nutrition education services.
