In-Home Behavior Technician

The paraprofessional will provide 1

1 or small group aba-Based support services by implementing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans across home, community, clinic, or school settings. Essential duties include running sessions using dtt and net, assisting with adls, consistently collecting and documenting data, and collaborating with the treatment team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 19 years old, and have reliable transportation for travel between service locations. A basic understanding of aba principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow structured plans while passing a background check are required.
