Core responsibilities
The paraprofessional will provide direct 1
1 or small group aba-Based support services in various settings, implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans as directed by clinical supervisors. Essential duties include running sessions using dtt and net, assisting with adls, consistently collecting and documenting accurate data, and collaborating with the treatment team.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and candidates must be at least 19 years old. Previous experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs is strongly preferred, along with a basic understanding of aba principles and reliable transportation.
