21st CCLC Program Instructor

The instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, promoting, and implementing diversified programs across two or more core areas of the 21st century community learning center. This includes preparing youth for success by facilitating positive outcomes, monitoring program quality and safety, and maintaining necessary records.

The role requires implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programs while ensuring member safety and quality, which involves developing weekly and monthly program plans. Additionally, the instructor must maintain order, supervise and train volunteers and assistants, and manage supply needs within budget.
