Career services specialist

This position manages all aspects of job development, placement procedures, job coaching services, and case coordination, including completing all necessary vocational rehabilitation paperwork. Responsibilities also involve providing job development assistance such as interview skills training, resume building, and networking with employers.

A minimum requirement is an associate's degree with coursework in psychology, rehabilitation, or social services, though verifiable work experience may substitute; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must have a valid ohio driver's license, be able to pass extensive background checks, and ideally have experience placing individuals with disabilities or working with the justice system.
