Enrichment Specialist - Patterson

The enrichment specialist will engage children and teens in positive, fun, and developmentally appropriate activities designed to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. This involves preparing and submitting lesson plans that meet individual youth needs while supporting the overall goals of y programs for students in grades k-12 in low-Income communities.

Candidates should possess a genuine interest in the well-Being and development of school-Age youth, demonstrating enthusiasm, patience, sound judgment, and a positive spirit. Prior experience leading or supervising school-Age youth and strong communication skills with children, families, and staff are necessary, along with flexibility to work at multiple locations.
