Lead Toddler Teacher l Reggio Inspired Program

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum alongside the teaching team. This role also involves observing children's progress, communicating effectively with families, and planning a balanced daily schedule.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, meeting all state requirements for lead preschool teachers. Required knowledge includes the reggio emilia approach, and preference is given to those with a cda or degree in a related field and prior lead teacher experience.
