Center-Based Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians provide direct client care in 1

1 and group settings, implementing prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation completion.

Candidates must hold current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and be willing to undergo a background check, with a minimum requirement of a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be physically capable of performing job duties, including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly, and possess strong attention to detail and communication skills.
