Youth Mentor

The role involves guiding students through daily routines while modeling positive behavior and collaborating closely with therapists to implement individualized interventions and support treatment goals. Staff must also maintain thorough documentation, manage crises proactively, and contribute to a nurturing home environment.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record, and must pass a utah state background check. Applicants need to be trained or willing to train in cpr, first aid, and safe restraint techniques, and commit to a minimum of 8 months.
