Candidates must possess the infant/Toddler child development associate (Cda) credential or demonstrate the potential to attain it within six months of joining. Required skills include current cpr, first aid, and a food handler's permit within one month of hire, along with the ability to work effectively with children with special needs and limited english proficiency.
