Part-Time Youth Engagement Specialist

The youth engagement specialist is responsible for monitoring the safety and conduct of house residents and providing clinical and crisis intervention as needed. This includes maintaining records, enforcing house rules, and participating in training and supervision meetings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in human services or a related field, particularly with adolescents and young adults. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage crises are essential.
