Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment programs for patients and families under the direction of a clinical supervisor, focusing on skill acquisition and challenging behavior reduction. Responsibilities include providing direct treatment, collecting and recording data with high fidelity, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with hipaa.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully pass the initial card behavior technician training program, which includes a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation. Prior experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred.
