Paraeducator, Weekdays, The Ridge School

The paraeducator provides individual instruction and support to students with special needs under the supervision of a classroom teacher. They also facilitate student progress toward academic and social-Emotional goals and collaborate with the therapeutic team.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in education or psychology. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with special needs students and hold an active bls certification.
