Companion/Buddy for People with Disabilities

The role involves building long-Lasting, one-On-One relationships while supporting clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving independence through activities like budgeting, socializing, and using public transportation. Companions and buddies must ensure client safety and well-Being while fostering an environment where clients can thrive as valued community members.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, demonstrating a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. Essential personal attributes include patience, empathy, and dedication to the role.
