Nurse Educator - Clinical Development Nurse I (Case Management) Renton/Tacoma/Olympia/Spokane

This role provides educational opportunities for nurses' professional development by assessing competency gaps and designing/Delivering learning programs using adult learning principles. The educator is responsible for monitoring program effectiveness through metrics and ensuring clinical standards are met by reviewing policies and providing staff training.

Candidates need a minimum of six months of experience in clinical teaching, professional development, or curriculum design, along with a bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field and at least two years of experience in an inpatient or clinic setting. A washington registered nurse license and basic life support certification are required at hire.
