Market context

Illinois developmental therapy roles stay in demand

In Illinois, developmental therapist roles are often tied to early intervention and child development services, so demand can be steady where agencies support infants and young children. Competition can be strong because employers typically look for a relevant bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, background check clearance, and current CPR/First Aid certification.
