The academic advisor provides comprehensive academic guidance, helping students navigate degree requirements, select courses, and develop individualized educational pathways using proactive outreach and monitoring. This role involves collaborating with campus stakeholders to address student needs while upholding academic integrity and offering holistic support for college acclimation.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in student services or a related field, along with a required bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). Essential qualifications include knowledge of student development principles, strong technology skills (Including microsoft office and student information systems), and the ability to interpret institutional policies and advise diverse student populations.
