AP Physics Teacher - IDEA La Joya College Prep (26-27)

Teachers are responsible for ensuring every student masters necessary academic and social skills for college success by setting ambitious goals and tracking data to inform dynamic daily lesson plans. They must implement state learning standards and idea curricula, submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance, and facilitate formal and informal assessments to track student progress.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and demonstrate high content-Area proficiency, preferably evidenced by certification, field of study, or work experience. Required skills include the ability to instruct students, manage behavior, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of the assigned core academic subject.
