School Monitor - IDEA La Joya (Immediate Opening)

The school monitor is responsible for ensuring student safety by supervising them during arrival, lunch, recess, and dismissal. They also assist with cafeteria cleanliness and support student behavior management by reporting concerns to administration.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged. Experience working with students is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage students firmly and fairly.
