Registered Behavior Technician - RBT

Registered behavior technicians work directly with clients to implement established treatment plans, focusing on reducing challenging behaviors and increasing functional skills to foster independence. Responsibilities include documenting interventions, collecting behavior data, and providing necessary training and instruction to clients.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with the requirement or pursuit of registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, which bayada will pay for. Prior experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities is beneficial but not mandatory.
