Field/Gym Facilitator

The facilitator is responsible for ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and activities related to youth sports programs are safe, fun, and welcoming for participants and families. This includes overseeing game and practice operations while building positive relationships with coaches, parents, and participants.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Required certifications include new hire orientation before the first shift, with cpr, first aid, and aed certifications due within 30 days of hire.
