To be successful in this role, you will

Designs and implements group and individualized instruction in compliance with agency, State and Federal Guidelines.

Implements lessons and hands-on activities through a variety of materials and resources.

Establishes classroom schedules and routines designed to improve self-esteem, learning potential and relational development.

Administers and evaluates assessments to identify learning needs to improve educational achievement and instruction.

Design, implement and manage the Individualized Education Plan using the Montana electronic system, Infinite Campus (AIM).

Implement the Individual Education Plan for out-of-state students in accordance with master contracts and individual services agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
  • Endorsement or Degree in Special Education - though all teachers are encouraged to apply!
  • Ability to obtain a Montana Teaching Certificate
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass a Background check prior to start date

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and have the ability to obtain a Montana Teaching Certificate. A degree or endorsement in Special Education and a valid driver's license are also required or highly encouraged.
