Requirements summary

Candidates should possess an associate teacher permit preferred or an assistant teacher permit while actively pursuing an associate teacher permit, along with 6-12 units in early childhood education including core courses. Preference is given to candidates who are bilingual in spanish/English or an asian language/English and are willing to obtain 6 infant/Toddler units within the first year if not already held.
