Market context
In California, floater teacher roles are commonly needed in early childhood settings to cover classrooms, support staffing flexibility, and maintain daily routines. These positions are competitive because employers often look for permit progress, core ECE coursework, and bilingual Spanish/English skills, while benefits may include vacation, holidays, dental coverage, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your permit status and ECE units before applying.
